Pricing does not include removal of asbestos or other dangerous goods.
No bathtub is included in the offer.
Price does not include any water damages, termite damages or structural repairs.

Disclaimer – Reuse of Existing Fixtures and Fittings
Where existing fixtures and fittings (including but not limited to vanities, toilets, tap ware, basins, shower screens, mirrors, and accessories) are to be removed and reinstalled or reused as part of the renovation works, all reasonable care will be taken during the removal process. However, due to the nature of removal, age, wear, or previous installation methods, ODA accepts no liability for any damage, breakage, or deterioration that may occur during removal, handling, or reinstallation.
Clients are advised that certain items may not be suitable for reuse due to structural integrity, outdated standards, or incompatibility with new works. Should any items be deemed unfit for reuse during construction, the cost of replacement or alternative fitting will be at the client’s expense and may affect the renovation schedule.
Payment terms
Client must sign an agreement and pay 5% deposit before any works are able to commence.
60% to be paid when plumbing roughing are installed at client’s premises/bathroom.
30% to be paid after tiling works has been completed.
Final of 5% payment on the day of completion.
