We had been living in our old house in Lalor for over 15 years and loved the
area, but the house itself was run down and just wasn't working for our
family anymore. We looked at renovating, but honestly it made more sense to
knockdown and start fresh. Thats when we found ODA Homes.

From the very first chat, we felt like they actually listened to what we
wanted, not just what was easy for them to build. They walked us through the
whole knockdown rebuild process, sorted out all the council stuff, and kept
us in the loop the entire way. There were no nasty surprises, which was a
huge relief.

The build itself was smooth and the quality is genuinely impressive. Our
favourite part is the open plan living area it has completely changed how we
use the space as a family. Even the small details they suggested along the
way made a real difference.

If you're in Melbourne and thinking about a knockdown rebuild, we honestly
can't recommend ODA Homes enough. We absolutely loving our new home

We couldn't be happier with our experience building with ODA Homes. From the pre-construction design phase to the final handover, Joey and the team was outstanding. As a first home owner, We were particularly impressed with their clear communication and explanation even with all the small questions we had, which gave us peace of mind. The construction pace was efficient, the site was always kept tidy, and the quality of the workmanship is top-notch. We highly recommend Joey from ODA homes to anyone looking for a professional and reliable builder to build their dream.
Thank you Joey and ODA team once again.

We were super pleased that ODA Homes handled everything for us from the first sketch to the handover of the keys, they made building our custom home a clear and exciting process and really listen to me as a client on what I really needed in my home!
